Stop immediately and seek medical advice if you experience pain or any adverse effect.
Individual results vary. We make no guarantee of any specific outcome, including any improvement in physical, sexual, or other performance. You use HRDR voluntarily and at your own risk.
HRDR is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the app. By using HRDR you confirm that you meet this requirement.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use HRDR for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store terms.
HRDR offers free features (including the Beginner level and the Guide) and premium features unlocked by subscription (including Intermediate and Advanced levels, History, and Scheduled Training). We may change which features are free or premium over time.
We may distribute promotional or offer codes (including through partners and creators). Codes are subject to their stated conditions, may expire, and may be limited in number. Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or combined unless stated.
You agree not to misuse the app, including: reverse-engineering, copying, or redistributing it; attempting to bypass the paywall or subscription system; or using the app in any unlawful way.
HRDR and all of its content, design, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except the limited licence in Section 3.
HRDR is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will achieve any particular result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, including any health-related outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any feature, and we may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in accordance with applicable consumer law.
